When we decided to search for a new home we could do it on our own. We would search through MLS listings on a daily basis and we went and saw a couple of places on our own but we would always get nervous if we like a place.

Buying a house is a HUGE investment and we definitely realized that doing this on our own was not the right decision. We decided to find a realtor in the area so we contacted John. He was straight-forward about our concerns and would always explain things in detail. He never rushed us with our decisions and would back up any decision we had made. His number one concern was to help us find our dream home and we indeed found the right one. To this day we have maintained contact with our realtor who continues to represent us with any concerns that we may have.

If you are in process of moving or selling, we would highly recomend John. He turned a stressful event in our lives to a memorable accomplishment that we will cherish forever.

House hunting can be fun!

I had my first opportunity to deal with John when looking to purchase my first condominium in Hamilton. He was recommended to me by a broker from Mississauga.

My experience with John was fantastic. He worked his schedule around mine, fitting appointments in on my days early mornings before I had to work.

As a non-driver he made the effort to pick me up and show me many properties within my specifics and price range, never making it feel like this was beyond his duties.John took the time to help me understand the terminology of different aspects in the many forms needing signing. He helped me find a mortgage broker. He never made me feel like I was rushed or hurried to make my choice.

I enjoyed my experience with John immensely. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, professional yet not pushy as agent. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful for all that he did for me.
